the manufacturing process of our products from raw materials to shipment.
Welding integrity and aesthetics
Welding is at the core of our manufacturing at Cybex. Virtually no manufactured
fitness product is made without welding and we use robotic welding and the latest
in Lincoln Pulse Technology. Pulse welding results in less spatter, less smoke and
uses less heat which, coupled with a highly skilled workforce, consistently delivers
a uniform and cosmetic weld.
Powder Coat Finish That Endures
The automobile-grade finish of Cybex strength products is the result of a $4 million
dollar powder coating system. Advanced powder coating equipment combined with Cybex
proprietary powders developed with DuPont assures a high quality, long lasting powder
coat finish. Whites do not turn dingy, metallics are not inconsistent, colors are
shiny and true. On day one and for years to come.
